What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information you give us through this website, by email or phone, and when you book a call with us. Client data we handle while doing accounting work for a firm is governed by that firm's engagement agreement with us and by the controls described on our Security page, not by this policy.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, firm name, work email address, and the message you write.
• Email and phone: whatever you choose to include when you write to us or call us.
• Call bookings: when you book through Cal.id, the details you enter there (such as your name, email address, and meeting notes) are shared with us so we can hold the call.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes standard connection information (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to deliver and protect the website.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third parties.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and answer your questions.
• To schedule and hold calls you book with us.
• To scope and provide the services you ask us about.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us handle it

We use a small number of service providers, each only for the job described:

• Formspree receives contact-form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts this website.
• Cal.id runs our call booking page.
• Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.

These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Our team works from India, so information you send us is also accessed there. Social media links on this site take you to LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram, whose own privacy policies apply once you leave our website.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records of our correspondence. If you become a client, it is then handled under your engagement agreement. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).

How we protect it

Access to our inbox and systems is limited to the people who need it and protected with multi-factor authentication. The website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Our wider controls are described on our Security page.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including under Canadian and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Emailinfo@arthabizglobal.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding a new service provider, we will update this page and the date at the top.
