Offshore accounting for US & Canadian CPA firms

Add experienced accounting capacity to your firm, without adding payroll.

ArthaBiz is a qualified offshore team led by a Chartered Accountant. We handle bookkeeping, month-end close, and tax-prep support to your review standards, so your firm can take on more work without the cost and risk of hiring.

You don't have a talent problem. You have a capacity problem.

Most firms we talk to aren't short on clients. They're short on hours. Busy season arrives, the review queue backs up, and good work slips to nights and weekends. Hiring locally is slow and expensive, and by the time a new hire is productive, the crunch has passed.

An offshore team fixes the math. You get trained, reviewed capacity you can turn up before January and turn down after April, without carrying the payroll all year.

What we take off your plate

Pick the work you want handled. We prepare it; you review, approve, and file.

Try us before you commit: 40 hours, free

How we work

Three ways to work with us:

  • Dedicated staff

: a team member (or several) who learns your clients and processes

  • Overflow support

: extra hands for busy season or a backlog, scaled up and down

  • Project work

    : a one-time cleanup, migration, or close

  1. Step 1: Fit call

we scope the work and confirm we're a match

  2. Step 2: Free 40-hour trial

you judge the output, not a sales pitch

  3. Step 3: Onboarding

we plug into your software, review standards, and workflow

  4. Step 4: Ongoing delivery

with published turnaround times and a single point of contact

Why firms choose us over the big outsourcing shops

A named point of contact, backed by the founder

You get a dedicated, qualified point of contact accountable for your work, not a support queue. And if something isn't right, you're never stuck: Sunny Patel, our founder and a Chartered Accountant, personally steps in until it is.

A genuinely qualified team

Our team is built from qualified CPAs, Chartered Accountants, and CA-inter accountants. Every deliverable is reviewed before it reaches you.

Someone who has sat on your side of the work

Sunny spent years inside a US company and an established offshore firm before starting ArthaBiz. He knows US GAAP, US firm workflows, and how a practice actually runs under deadline.

We fit your stack

QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and 17 more, or whatever your firm runs on.

Your clients' data, handled with care

You keep the client relationship and the final sign-off. We work under strict controls: multi-factor authentication, VPN access, restricted workstations, signed NDAs, background-checked staff, and encrypted credentials. We prepare and support; your firm reviews and files.

Common questions

How does the 40-hour free trial work?

You send us real work. We complete it under your review standards, and you judge the output before committing to anything. No card, no contract.

Do you work in our time zone?

Our hours overlap the US morning through early afternoon (until 2 PM CT), and we extend to a client's business hours when the work calls for it.

Do you file tax returns?

No. We prepare returns and tax-ready workpapers for your firm to review, sign, and file. You keep professional responsibility and the client relationship.

Are you SOC 2 or ISO certified?

Not yet, and we are planning for these certifications. We run strict controls today (MFA, VPN, restricted workstations, NDAs, background checks, encrypted credentials) and are transparent about where we stand. See our Security page for details.

What does it cost?

Bookkeeping starts at $10/hour. Dedicated staff and projects are quoted to scope.

Ready to get some hours back?
