Why I started ArthaBiz
I spent years working inside offshore firms and a US company before starting ArthaBiz. The technical work was never the problem. How the offshore side was run was the problem.
Too often, clients had no idea who was actually touching their books. Staff weren't truly dedicated to anyone. Work happened in the shadows, with no single person accountable for it. The firms felt generic, and the client felt like a ticket number.
I kept thinking there had to be a better version of this. One where transparency comes first. Where a dedicated person works with a dedicated client, and you always know exactly who is on your files. In 2024, I stopped waiting for someone else to build it and started ArthaBiz.

What we believe
Accuracy and honesty come before everything else. We would rather ask you a question than make a confident guess. That questioning habit is how the work stays right.
We want to be a partner, not a vendor. A client who comes to us for a single short project should still feel the warmth of a real relationship, not a one-time transaction. Short term or long term, you get the same care.
And we keep learning. Standards change, software changes, and every client's business is a little different. Staying curious is how we stay accurate.
Why "Artha"
Artha is a Sanskrit word for wealth. Not only money, but something closer to purpose. I chose a word from our roots on purpose.
M.K. Gandhi once listed "commerce without morality" among his seven social sins. I wanted the name of my firm to be a daily reminder that the numbers are never separate from ethics. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
I'm from Gujarat, a state known across India for business. I loved numbers as a kid, so becoming a Chartered Accountant was more or less inevitable. You could say it's in the blood.
